去年以来,江苏省太仓市入武部在上级有关部门支持下,专门开展了“加强民兵以劳养武企业管理”试点工作。试点中,对部分劳武企业进行改制,通过资产重组,将资产向优势产品、优势企业、优秀企业家集聚。经过调整,一批以产品市场覆盖面大为标志的民兵劳武企业迅速成长起来。全市41家民兵以劳养武实体,去年完成产值2.5亿元,创历史新高。
Since last year, the military department of Taicang City, Jiangsu Province, with the support of the relevant departments at the higher level, has conducted a pilot project entitled “Strengthening the Management of Militia to Employ Enterprises for Labor Maintenance.” In the pilot project, part of labor-force enterprises were restructured and their assets were concentrated to superior products, superior enterprises and outstanding entrepreneurs through asset restructuring. After adjustment, a number of militia workers and armed enterprises, marked by their product market coverage, rapidly grew up. The city’s 41 militias took part in the military re-employment and completed an output value of 250 million yuan last year, setting a record high.
