我们抚顺学区第十届大专班经济管理、会计专业有学员397名,来自全市各个机关、企事业单位。学员中有科级以上干部38人,一般干部181人,党员79人。为认真贯彻从严治校方针,我们就如何抓好班级管理,进行了探索和研究。几年的实践使我们感到:抓好班级管理,必须做好以下几项工作。一、选拔好热心人、明白人、能耐人第十届大专班开学后,我们根据学区领导的要求,为迸一步抓好班级的管理,立即着手选拔热心人、明白人、能耐人的工作。这是搞好班级管理的基础。热心人是班委会不可缺少的核心人物,通过热心人的张罗,可调动学员的学习热情,协助班主任搞一些助学活动。明白人是懂得管理、懂得教育规律的人,可捅过他们贯彻省、市有关教学安排,实施教学计划,落实规章制度,强化管理,从而形成一种想管理、会管理的风气。能耐人是形成刊授教育凝聚力、向心力不可缺少的人,通过他们的组织协调作用,把教学和管理都带动起来。经学员推荐,本人自愿,学区
We Fushun school tenth college class economic management, accounting professionals have 397 students, from all organs of the city, enterprises and institutions.
