从1912年到1949年,中华民国发行邮票的38年期间,发行量最多、影响最大的当属孙中山像邮票,包括8套孙中山景物肖像纪念邮票和最为人们所熟知的孙中山肖像普通邮票。由于普通邮票在当时被广泛用于邮政信函,且设计印制均属上乘,因而受到人们的特别青睐。尤为值得一提的是,在抗战期间发行的民普24孙中山像纽约版邮票出现了倒印变体,成为了蜚声中外的民国“五大珍邮”之一。
From 1912 to 1949, the Republic of China issued the most circulation of stamps during the 38 years. The most influential issue was Sun Yat-sen’s postage stamps, including eight sets of Sun Yat-sen’s portrait portraits and the most well-known portrait of Sun Yat-sen’s portraits. Because ordinary stamps were widely used in the postal mail at that time, and the design and printing are excellent, so by the people of particular favor. What deserves special mention is that during the War of Resistance Against Japan, Sun Yat-sen, a stamp printed in the New York City, appeared in the form of an inverted print and became one of the “Five Treasures of the People’s Republic of China” world-renowned.
