女,15岁,诉左小腿肿痛半年,于1954年 X 线片见左腓骨中段骨质破坏,骨膜呈葱皮样改变,骨轮廓梭形膨张。无外伤史。临床和 X 线诊断为尤文氏骨肉瘤.取活检病理报告:“尤氏骨肉瘤可疑”,建议再活检.家长顾虑再活检可能促进转移矿散未同意,要求迅速按尤文氏瘤治疗。转诊三家医院一致认为 X 线片呈尤文氏骨瘤典型表现,建议
Female, 15 years old, complained of swelling and pain in the left calf for six months. In 1954, X-ray showed bone destruction in the middle segment of the left tibia. The periosteum was changed onion skin-like, and the contour of the bone was fusiform. No history of trauma. Clinical and X-ray diagnosis of Ewing’s osteosarcoma. Take a biopsy pathology report: “Eu’s osteosarcoma suspicious”, it is recommended to re-biopsy. Parents concerned that re-biopsy may promote the transfer of mineral dissatisfaction, and require rapid treatment by Ewing’s tumor. Referral to three hospitals agreed that the X-ray film is typical of Ewing’s osteoma.
