目的分析航空航天医学系军事航空医学师资队伍与新时期军队航空卫生保障需求的差距,提出解决问题的对策。方法分析航空航天医学系师资队伍建设的存在问题和分析发生原因,总结经验教训。结果航空航天医学系师资力量的现状与航空兵部队的现实人才培养需求差距明显,主要原因在于人才流失,活力不足,教学与研究偏离军事方向。扩充教员队伍,激发活力,贴近部队是解决问题的关键。结论客观认识军事航空医学师资队伍存在的问题,采取有效对策,可有效提升师资队伍建设质量和服务部队的能力。
Objective To analyze the gap between the military aviation medical teachers in the Department of Aerospace Medicine and the aviation aviation health security requirements in the new era and put forward the solutions to the problems. Methods To analyze the existing problems in the construction of teaching staff in the Department of Aerospace Medicine and analyze the causes and summarize the experiences and lessons. Results The gap between the current status of teachers in the aerospace medicine department and the actual training needs of aviation units was obvious. The main reasons were the loss of talents, lack of vitality and the deviation of teaching and research from the military direction. Expand the faculty, stimulate vitality, close to the troops is the key to solve the problem. Conclusion Objective understanding of the problems existing in the military aviation medical teachers and effective countermeasures can effectively improve the quality of teachers and the ability to serve the army.
