采用粉末火焰喷涂技术以1Cr18NigTi为底材,以CaF2/BaF2为润滑剂,采用Ni60A自熔粉末为基体制备了镍基高温润滑涂层,并对该涂层的摩擦学性能进行了评价。发现CaF2/BaF2-Ni60A涂层中CaF2/BaF2含量以25%最佳;CaF2/BaF2-Ni6OA涂层在高温下(>600°C)具有良好的润滑性能(O.27),采用粉末火焰喷涂用于制备高温润滑涂层是可行的。
The Ni-based high-temperature lubricating coating was prepared by powder flame spraying technique using 1Cr18NigTi as substrate, CaF2 / BaF2 as lubricant and Ni60A self-fluxing powder as matrix. The tribological properties of the coating were also evaluated. The CaF2 / BaF2-Ni60A coating was found to be 25% best. CaF2 / BaF2-Ni6OA coating showed good lubricity (0.27) For the preparation of high temperature lubrication coating is feasible.
