2015年岁末,在杂志社、栏目版主陈昌福老师和参与研讨的老师们共同帮助之下,完成了主题为“如何运用自我效能理论激发学生运动参与动机”的网络研讨活动。由于笔者是第一次参与网上研讨,毫无经验,研讨之时只顾忙于回复应接不暇的教师提问,未及逐一阅读讨论留言,也没有对此次研讨活动进行整体思考。时至提笔之际,重新仔细翻阅74张网页近740贴回复内容,竟有着比当日更多的感叹与思考。一、网络研讨收获的欣慰
