为了探究“三走”活动对大学生身心健康素质的影响。在本次研究中选择无锡太湖学院3000名大学生为研究对象,结合身心健康状况及其参与“三走”活动的基本情况,探究两者的相关关系,比较“三走”活动前后身心健康水平的统计学意义上的差异。参与后学生的身体素质、锻炼能力和体育指导能力指标明显高于参与前各项指标,组间数据比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。充分改革创新体育教学工作特色,开展体育锻炼这一种新型的辅助教育活动,有助于学生锻炼习惯的培养,有助于学生终身体育意识的形成,更有助于学校体育活动文化的形成与发展。通过对日常体育活动的探索,为大学生的体育文化建设提出参考建议以及新的思路。
In order to explore the impact of “three walks” activities on the physical and mental health of college students. In this study, 3000 college students from Wuxi Taihu College were selected as the research object, and the relationship between the two was explored based on their physical and mental health and the basic conditions of their participation in the “Three Goals” activities.
