5月15日,南通电信10000客户服务中心接到通知,要求紧急调集人员,承接绵阳114话务,确保生命线畅通。10000号迅速抽调15名话务员,成立了一线支援小分队,和号百中心的同事们共同承接绵阳114话务。经过短暂的培训,中午12时,10000号支援小分队就已坐上台席,开始承接绵阳114话务。大家的心中只有一个想法:排除万难,帮助灾区人民,通过我们的转接,接通他们的生命线。
