一、概論近年来,由于机器制造業的飞跃發展,对于机器另件,尤其是作为傳动机構主要元件的齿輪的精度提出很高的要求。齿輪最后精度的保证是一个很复杂的問題,它要求从毛坯制造,历經各道工序,直至最后精加工,都应严格控制。当然齿輪輪齿的最后精加工仍不失为一道重要的关鍵性的工序。目前齿輪磨削是在热处理后制造一級齿輪的唯一可靠的工艺方法。在磨削齿輪过程中,影响加工精度的因素是很多的,可將共归納为三类卽:砂輪几何形狀

Introduction In recent years, due to the rapid development of machinery manufacturing, high demands are placed on the accuracy of gears of other parts of the machine, especially as the main components of the transmission mechanism. The guarantee of the final precision of the gear is a very complex issue that requires strict control over the manufacturing of the blank, the various processes, and finally the finishing. Of course, the final gear tooth finishing is still an important and crucial process. Gear grinding is currently the only reliable way to make a gear after heat treatment. In the process of grinding gears, the factors that affect the machining accuracy are many, can be summarized into three types of 卽: wheel geometry
