延性雷电防护金属网是防护飞机复合材料雷电直接效应的重要方法,本文采用了数值仿真方法对雷电防护金属铝网和金属铜网在雷电流作用下的损伤进行了分析。并在实验室用模拟的联动的雷电流分量A、B、C*对金属铝网和金属铜网进行雷电损伤试验研究。结果表明,数值仿真与试验结果具有较好的一致性,95 gm2的金属铝网和200 gm2金属铜网能对复合材料提供很好的防护。同时,本文通过对雷电损伤机理分析,总结金属网试验损伤比仿真分析偏大的主要原因是雷电流分量B、C*除了电阻热效应外,还有等离子体热效应。
The ductile lightning protection metal mesh is an important method to defend the direct effect of lightning on aircraft composite materials. In this paper, the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the damage of lightning protection metal aluminum mesh and metal copper mesh under the action of lightning current. And in the laboratory with simulated lightning current component A, B, C * of aluminum metal mesh and metal copper lightning damage test. The results show that the numerical simulation is in good agreement with the experimental results. The metallic aluminum mesh of 95 g m2 and the metallic copper mesh of 200 g m2 can provide good protection for the composite. At the same time, this paper analyzes the mechanism of lightning damage, summarizes the main reason that the damage of metal mesh test is larger than the simulation analysis is that the lightning current components B and C * have the thermal effect of plasma in addition to the resistance thermal effect.
