目的:建立固相萃取HPLC法测定水中莠去津及其降解物的检测方法。方法:水样经Oasi sHLB柱富集,甲醇洗脱。以乙腈+水为流动相,Gem in i C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d,.5μm)分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:水中莠去津、脱异丙基莠去津、羟基化莠去津、脱乙基莠去津的线性范围为1.0~50.0μg/L,回收率为98.2%~106.8%,RSD均小于6%,最低定量检出限0.10~0.25μg/L。结论:该方法具有快速、灵敏、简便、准确等优点,能满足实际工作的需要。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of atrazine and its degradation products in water by solid-phase extraction (HPLC). Methods: The water sample was enriched by Oasi sHLB column and eluted with methanol. Acetonitrile + water was used as the mobile phase, separated on a Gemini C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d, .5 μm), detected by diode array detector and quantified by external standard method. Results: The linear range of atrazine, deisopropyl atrazine, hydroxylated atrazine, deethylazine was 1.0 ~ 50.0μg / L, the recoveries were 98.2% ~ 106.8%, RSDs were less than 6%, the lowest detection limit of quantitive 0.10 ~ 0.25μg / L. Conclusion: The method is fast, sensitive, simple and accurate, which can meet the needs of practical work.
