目的:对止痛膏的生产工艺进行优化,以有效成分阿魏酸的溶出为检测指标,增加其临床疗效。方法:以基质的配比凡士林(A)、液体石蜡(B)、羊毛脂(C)为工艺的考察因素,以外观、稳定性、阿魏酸含量三者为评定的综合指标。采用正交实验以确定止痛膏的最佳生产工艺。并对比优化前后制剂在临床上的治疗结果,以确定该工艺的有效性。结果:最佳处方为A2B2C1,临床对比,优化前后有显著性区别。结论:以优化后的工艺生产止痛膏,可以有效的提高该药的临床疗效。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the production process of analgesic cream and take the dissolution of active ingredient ferulic acid as the detection index to increase the clinical curative effect. Methods: Taking the ratio of matrix, petrolatum (A), liquid paraffin (B) and lanolin (C) as process factors, the comprehensive indexes of appearance, stability and ferulic acid content were evaluated. Orthogonal experiments to determine the best production process of painkillers. And compare the results of clinical treatment before and after preparation to determine the effectiveness of the process. Results: The best prescription for the A2B2C1, clinical comparison, there are significant differences before and after optimization. Conclusion: The analgesic cream produced by the optimized process can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of this medicine.
