汉寿县西脑湖渔场有养殖水面4650亩,其中湖泊4200亩,配套育种池450亩。1987年起实行场长承包责任制,三年来,鲜鱼产量不断提高,经济效益成倍增长。1988年总产鲜鱼达17.7万公斤,经营产值82.7万元,比历史最好年份的1986年产量增加7.2万公斤,产值增加50.9万元,两项年均增长率为29.8％和66.6％。1987～1988年两年均创利润57.8万元。相当于1986年的4.8倍,翻了两番多,成为汉寿渔业战线上的一颗明珠。该场经营管理主要抓了三手: 一、建立一个好的班子:1987年开始,实行场长承包责任制,由场长
