当代著名教学论学者赖格卢特(Reigeluth,C.m.)认为:教学科学是在教学理论与教学实践之间架设桥梁的应用学科,它关注理解和改进教学过程,其宗旨是提出最优教学方法之处方。在他看来,教学理论有三种成分,即教学方法、教学条件和教学结果。教学方法是在不同的条件下达成不同结果的各种方式,教学条件是影响教学效果的各种可变因素,教学结果可以反映不同条件下各种方法的不同效果。教学理论要通盘考虑教学方法、教学条件和教学结果之间的相互关系。正是教学方法、教学条件和教学结果的互动才构成了不同的教学经验。我们确信,每一个教师都可以创造自己的高效教学经验,每一所学校都可以拥有自己的高效教学理论!
Reigeluth (Cm), a famous scholar of contemporary pedagogy, holds the view that teaching science is an applied subject that bridges the teaching theory and teaching practice. It focuses on understanding and improving the teaching process. Its purpose is to propose the best teaching methods prescription. In his view, teaching theory has three components, namely, teaching methods, teaching conditions and teaching results. Teaching methods are different ways to reach different results under different conditions. Teaching conditions are various variables that affect teaching effectiveness. Teaching results can reflect the different effects of different methods under different conditions. Teaching theory should consider the relationship between teaching methods, teaching conditions and teaching results. It is teaching methods, teaching conditions and the interaction of teaching results constitute a different teaching experience. We are convinced that each teacher can create their own efficient teaching experience, each school can have their own efficient teaching theory!
