本实验采用体内扩散盒培养方法,观察了二甲亚砜(DMSO)对小鼠U_(14)腹水型瘤细胞的恶性度的影响。单纯培养组瘤重和瘤细胞核装面积比小于未培养组,DMSO培养组又小于单纯培养组,DMSO培养组的瘤细胞超微结构发生较大变化,细胞核变小,核仁变小,核周异染色质边集及胞浆内聚核糖体解聚等。说明U_(14)瘤细胞在DMSO和腹水因子共同诱导分化作用下,u_(14)腹水型瘤细胞发生了一定程度的变化,瘤细胞恶性度明显下降,移植瘤生长缓慢。
In this experiment, the in vivo diffusion cassette culture method was used to observe the effect of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) on the malignancy of mouse U_(14) ascites tumor cells. In the simple culture group, the tumor weight and tumor cell nuclear loading area ratio was smaller than that in the uncultured group, and the DMSO cultured group was smaller than the simple cultured group. The DMSO cultured group had a large change in the ultrastructure of the tumor cells, and the nuclei became smaller, the nucleolus became smaller, and the nuclear periphery became smaller. Heterochromatic edge collection and cytoplasmic depolymerization of polyribosome. It was demonstrated that U_(14) tumor cells underwent co-differentiation induced by DMSO and ascites, u_(14) ascitic fluid tumor cells had a certain degree of change, the malignant degree of tumor cells decreased significantly, and the transplanted tumors grew slowly.
