锅炉在运行中,因缺水、满水而造成的事故大约占整个锅炉事故的70%。而因人为的水上事故约占整个事故的50%左右。所以国家劳动总局根据大量事实,颁发了《蒸汽锅炉安全监察规程》。规程第108条规定,蒸发量2吨/时的锅炉,必须装设高低水位警报器,且报警信号能区分高低水位。第117条规定,蒸发量>4吨/时的锅炉,应装置自动进水调节器。由于管理不善,我厂四台 SZP6.5—13锅炉一直没有装设上述两种装置。司炉操作中,只凭眼睛
