腐蚀监测是在生产正常运行中,对设备的腐蚀或破坏进行系统测试,以延长设备寿命,使生产设备能更有效地运行的一门技术。其方法包括失重挂片法、电阻法、氢监测、线性极化电阻法、化学分析等。1995年四川石油管理局从加拿大引进了一套在线腐蚀监测系统,1996年3月在磨溪气田四号集气站的M—133井建立了一座在线腐蚀监测实验站,10月又在川西北矿区低温站和中—40井建立了一座在线腐蚀监测实验站;对CT2—4、CZ3—1和CZ3—3缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果作了在线监测评价,对腐蚀监测在现场的应用取得了一定的经验,并提出了四川含硫气田腐蚀监测的发展趋势。
