1993年8月19日中午,宝坻县发生一起因食用混有变质肉汤的油丝面及混有桐油的食用油的食物中毒事件。中毒患者的主要临床表现为恶心、呕吐、腹疼、腹泻等急性食物中毒的症状。对此我们进行了流行病学调查分析,现报告如下。 1.中毒经过 东城路小吃部经营油丝面(内放肉丝汤),大饼,经济炒菜。于8月18日下午,因天气不好,肉丝汤销售不多,剩下了半桶,存放在很小的一间的操作间内。同日下午用一个剩有500克油的塑料桶、购进食油一桶,备次日用。次日中午出售的食物均使用该食油。油丝面加了剩的肉丝汤,使用的面粉及其他佐料和炊具等均系
