目的 采用脾脏分段灌洗与保存的方法来选择一种适合于脾脏的灌洗液。方法 根据脾脏的解剖学分段将脾灌洗后, 通过不同时限灌洗脾段的细胞存活率及光、电镜观察细胞形态, 比较Hartmanns 液、Collins 液和WMOI号液的优劣。结果 根据三种检测指标, WMOI号液保存脾的细胞存活率明显高于其它二种( P< 0.01), 光、电镜检查细胞存活时限亦为WMOI号液明显高于其它二种( P< 0.01 或P< 0 .05) 。结论 认为在这三种灌洗液中以WMOI号液最适于脾脏。
Objective To select a method suitable for spleen lavage by spleen segmental lavage and preservation. Methods According to anatomical sections of the spleen, the spleen was lavaged, the survival rate of the spleen cells in different time lavages and cell morphology were observed under light and electron microscope. The merits of Hartmanns, Collins and WMO-I were compared. Results According to the three indexes, the cell survival rate of spleen preserved by WMO-I was obviously higher than that of the other two groups (P <0.01). The survival time of cells treated by light and electron microscopy was also significantly higher than that of WMO-I Two kinds (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The conclusion is that in these three kinds of lavage fluid WMO I best suited to the spleen.
