利用MHK - 5 0 0型环 -块磨损试验机研究了二烷基二硫代磷酸锌 (ZDDP)对几种聚合物及其复合材料 -金属摩擦副油润滑摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明 ,液体石蜡中的ZDDP对尼龙 6 6 (PA6 6 )及聚酰亚胺 (PI) -GCr15轴承钢摩擦副的摩擦系数影响不大 ,但却使聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)及其复合材料 -GCr15轴承钢摩擦副的摩擦系数略有降低。PTFE及其复合材料 -GCr15轴承钢摩擦副表面的ZDDP吸附膜具有一定的抗磨作用 ,它大幅度降低了Pb、PbO及MoS2 填充PTFE复合材料的磨损。PTFE中的Pb、PbO及MoS2 对ZDDP与摩擦副表面的吸附能力影响不大 ,因而其对PTFE复合材料在含 2 (wt) %ZDDP的液体石蜡润滑下的摩擦性能影响不大。
The effect of zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (ZDDP) on the friction and wear properties of several polymers and their composites - metal frictional lubricants was studied by MHK - 500 Type Ring - Block Abrasion Tester. The results show that ZDDP in liquid paraffin has little effect on the friction coefficient of the nylon 6 6 (PA 6 6) and polyimide (PI) -GCr 15 bearing steel friction pairs, but makes the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) The friction coefficient of the material-GCr15 bearing steel friction pair slightly decreases. ZDDP adsorption film on the surface of friction pair of PTFE and its composite-GCr15 bearing steel has a certain anti-wear effect, which greatly reduces the wear of Pb, PbO and MoS2 filled PTFE composites. The Pb, PbO and MoS2 in PTFE have little effect on the adsorption capacity of ZDDP on the surface of friction pair, which has little effect on the tribological performance of PTFE composite under lubrication of liquid paraffin containing 2% by weight of ZDDP.
