目的:探讨颌下经皮电刺激对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)音后咽狭窄平面的影响。方法:应用颌下电刺激对9例符合多导睡眠图诊断及纤维喉镜下做Muller’s动作判定为舌后咽狭窄的OSAS患者,在不同睡眠夜进行电刺激及未刺激治疗效果对照研究。结果:舌后咽平面狭窄或阻塞,所测呼吸暂停指数明显下降(P<0.05),最低血氧饱和度指标显著提高(P<0.005),临床症状改善;影响睡眠的指标无升高。结论:颌下电刺激对OSAS有效,这可能是因刺激颏舌肌使舌体向前运动扩大了舌后咽的结果。电刺激本身未影响睡眠。
Objective: To investigate the effects of submandibular transcutaneous electrical stimulation on the posterior pharyngeal stenosis of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods: Nine patients with OSAS who were diagnosed as polysomnography and Muller’s motion under the condition of laryngoscope as subpharyngeal stenosis were treated with submandibular stimulation. Controlled study was conducted on the effects of electrical stimulation and non-stimulation on different sleep nights. Results: The posterior pharyngeal pharynx was stenosed or obstructed. The measured apnea index decreased significantly (P <0.05), the lowest oxygen saturation index increased significantly (P <0.005), and the clinical symptoms improved. The index of sleep apnea Rise. Conclusion: Submandibular electrical stimulation is effective for OSAS, which may be due to stimulation of the genioglossus tongue to move forward tongue enlargement of the posterior pharyngeal pharyngeal results. Electrical stimulation itself does not affect sleep.
