多年来,我们鞍钢报始终坚持面向基层干部、面向班组的办报方针,对职工进行社会主义、共产主义教育。近年来,班组的工人构成有了很大变化,据初步统计,35岁以下的青年职工就有21万人,占报纸读者对象的82％。为了适应这种情况,我们在今年新成立了青年部,开辟《鞍钢青年》专版,每周发三至四个版,力求用正确的思想引导青年职工认识时代、认识自己、认识前进的方向,给他们提供更多的精神食粮,增强其抵制各种精神污染的能力。
