Red，orange，yellow，green，blue，indigo and violet...we live in a World Full of colors.The world would be a dull place without them，but do you know what represent and how they affect people? Today we will talk about the colors and describe the moods of people by looking at the colors they choose to wear，which colors match your characteristics?
1.Cool colors
（1）Blue（蓝色）
蓝色一般用来表示幽静、深邃和开朗，如：“blue sky ”，“blue sea ”，但在下面的词组中，“blue”却有忧郁和沮丧的意思：“blue junk”（沮丧）；“blue monday”（忧伤的星期一）；“to be in the blue”（垂头丧气）。
Blue can also represent sadness，so you may say：“I’m feeling blue”，when you are feeling sad.
Blue is one of calm colors，wearing blue clothes or sleeping in a blue room is good for our mind and body，because this color orates a feeling of harmony.
（2）Green（绿色）

So green can give you energy，as it is the color of nature and represents new life and growth.

（3）Purple（紫色）
还有一些色彩词也很活跃。Purple，意为紫色的，表示显赫的地位，高贵的出身。如：She married into the purple.她嫁到显贵人家。He was born to the purple.他出身显贵。这一点与“blue”的一个用法相近，如：He is a blue blood.他有贵族的血统。
2.Warm colors
（1）Yellow（黄色）
黄色与汉语中所表示的某些概念不一样，与色情也没有关系。
