小朱:我高中毕业后,来到这家木材加工厂上班,并签订了劳动合同。木材加工厂的工作岗位多是重体力劳动,由于我刚出校门又身单力薄,虽然几经调整工作岗位,但还是感到身体难以承受。3个月后,企业以我不能胜任工作为由,与我解除劳动合同。企业通知与我解除劳动合同后,随即按实际工作日给我结清了工资。当我去向企业请求经济补偿时,企业负责人告诉我说“:你上班才3个多月,又是因为不胜任工作被解聘的,没扣你工资就算是照顾了,哪儿还有什么经济补偿?”
