本文设计并搭建了增压液幕床压力监测实验系统,通过调节增压液幕床中的气液流速以及工作压力等参数对增压液幕床中的流动特性进行研究并重点对压差脉动特性及阻力系数变化规律进行分析.通过结合实验数据及理论分析,得出压差脉动强度及阻力系数在不同气液流速和工作压力下的变化规律,并结合烟气脱硫气液吸收反应的原理对最优工作参数进行分析.该研究可为增压液幕床气液反应系统的工业化应用提供重要的设计参考.“,”The experimental monitoring system of pressurized-liquid-screen bed was designed and set in this paper.The flow characteristics were studied especially the analysis of differential pressure pulse characteristics and friction factors variation by the way of adjusting gas flow,liquid flow and operation pressure parameters.According to the analysis of comparing experiment data and theory,the variation principle of pressure pulse intensity and friction factors under different gas flow,liquid flow and operation pressure was revealed as well as the optimal operation parameter was analyzed through combining the principle of fume desulfurization gas-liquid interactive reaction.This paper provides the crucial design references to the industrial application of pressurized-liquid-screen gas-liquid reaction system.
