富士写真フィルム株式会社为PCB行业开发了一套叫作INREX的高级数码曝光系统。为同时提高产能和精准度,该系统在DMD光组件基础上使用405nm激光组件。富士菲林株式会社在一个组件中安装多套激光模块以提高电流输出功率方面也具有丰富经验。激光通过光纤导入光学系统。曝光系统有多套光学组件,在10mJ感光材料情况下,把510mm×610mm尺寸板件的曝光时间缩短至10s。该系统每小时能生产超过160拼板,对行业大批量生产尤其适合。
Fuji Photo フ ィ ル Hikaru Co., Ltd. for the PCB industry has developed a set known as INREX advanced digital exposure system. To simultaneously increase throughput and accuracy, the system uses a 405 nm laser module based on the DMD optical module. Fuji Film Co., Ltd. also has extensive experience in installing multiple laser modules in a single module to increase the current output power. Laser light is introduced into the optical system through the optical fiber. Exposure system has multiple sets of optical components, in the case of 10mJ photosensitive material, the 510mm × 610mm size plate exposure time reduced to 10s. The system can produce more than 160 puzzles per hour, especially suitable for mass production in the industry.
