应用LSAB免疫组织化学方法研究67例胃癌标本中p53和c-myc的表达与多药耐药性(MDR)的关系。结果显示本组胃癌中p53阳性32例,阳性率47.8%;c-myc阳性37例,阳性率552%;P-gp阳性39例,阳性率58.2%。p53的异常表达与mdr-1基因表达呈显著正相关(r=0.37,P<0.05),而c-myc和mdr-1的表达未见明显相关。提示p53异常表达可增强mdr-1基因的表达,从而使胃癌细胞获得MDR类型。
The relationship between the expression of p53 and c-myc and multidrug resistance (MDR) in 67 gastric cancer specimens was studied by LSAB immunohistochemistry. The results showed that 32 cases of p53 were positive in this group, the positive rate was 47.8%; 37 cases were c-myc positive, the positive rate was 552%; 39 cases were positive for P-gp, and the positive rate was 58.2%. There was a significant positive correlation between the abnormal expression of p53 and mdr-1 gene expression (r=0.37, P<0.05), but there was no obvious correlation between the expression of c-myc and mdr-1. It is suggested that the abnormal expression of p53 can increase the expression of mdr-1 gene, so that gastric cancer cells can obtain MDR type.
