一、顶层设计时我们的基本理念有这样的一个问题,是需要思考后回答的:学校的产品是什么?——如果是学生,这样的认识有两个明显的不足:一是神化了教育的作用。以为教育可以随心所欲地塑造人,想把学生培养成什么样就能培养成什么样,这显然是不科学的,这也是当下不少学校的发展过度同质化的原因之一;二是忽略了人文性,没有尊重学生生命个体。基于这样的认识,顶层设计时我们的基本理念如下:理念1.学校的产品不是学生,而是课程。
