员工培训的内核价值存在于知识提升、技能传授和态度引导三个方面。对员工培训价值的认识经历了离散、整合、聚焦三个阶段,同时员工培训还具有增强员工归属感、促进双向沟通、树立企业良好形象、保持企业永继经营的生命力等外部效应,清醒认识员工培训内涵和价值,对员工培训工作健康顺利开展具有重要意义。
The kernel value of employee training exists in knowledge promotion, skills transfer and attitude guidance in three aspects.
