骨髓移植治疗恶性疾病和血液病已日益增多,本文对骨髓移植前,在预处理方案中有关全身照射(TBI)的理论和技术问题简略复习。 骨髓移植前TBI的作用 1.免疫抑制作用 保证供者骨髓细胞能在受者体内植活免受排斥,尤其是再生障碍性贫血病人,单用环磷酰胺作移植前准备,排斥率高,增加TBI,排斥率可降低。 2. 根除恶性细胞 如果在TBI前化疗已使恶性细胞明显减少即白血病完全缓解
Bone marrow transplantation has been increasingly used to treat malignant diseases and hematological diseases. This article briefly reviews the theoretical and technical issues related to whole body irradiation (TBI) before bone marrow transplantation. Role of TBI before Bone Marrow Transplantation 1. Immunosuppressive effect ensures that donor bone marrow cells can be engrafted in the recipient’s body to avoid rejection, especially in patients with aplastic anemia, cyclophosphamide alone is used for transplantation preparation, rejection rate is high, increase TBI, the rejection rate can be reduced. 2. Eradication of malignant cells If chemotherapy prior to TBI has significantly reduced malignant cells ie complete remission of leukemia
