10月20日,华北、中南地区财政系统思想政治工作研究会成立大会暨第一次会议在河北省承德市召开。华北、中南地区各省、市、自治区人事教育部门的同志、财政部人事司、教育司的同志参加了会议。会上交流了几年来各地思想政治工作的经验,分析了目前财政系统思想政治工作中存在的主要问题,并就如何改进和加强这一工作进行了探讨。大家一致认为,财政系统的干部队伍状况一直是比较稳定的,但是近年来由于受资产阶级自由化思潮和“一切向钱看”思想的影响,干部队伍中也出现了一些比较严重 On October 20, the founding meeting and the first meeting of the seminar on ideological and political work of the financial system in North China and South Africa were held in Chengde City, Hebei Province. Comrades of personnel education departments of provinces, cities and autonomous regions in North China and Central South China, Personnel Division of Ministry of Finance and Education Department attended the meeting. At the meeting, he exchanged experiences of ideological and political work in various places over the past few years, analyzed the main problems existing in the current ideological and political work of the financial system, and discussed how to improve and strengthen this work. All agreed that the state of the cadre contingents in the financial system has always been relatively stable. However, in recent years due to the bourgeois liberalization of ideas and the thought of “all-for-money”, some serious problems have emerged in the cadre ranks
