目的:制备一种光固化纳米胶黏剂,对其性能进行初步研究。方法:以醇水混合物作为溶剂,采用硅烷偶联剂KH570对纳米二氧化硅(Si O2)进行表面改性,将制备的Nano-Si O2-g-KH570进行性能测试与红外表征。结果:KH570已通过物理或化学作用紧密连接在纳米Si O2粒子表面。结论:光固化纳米胶黏剂是一种简便易行,具有良好的粘结强度及耐水性的材料。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare a light-cured nano-sized adhesive and study its properties. Methods: Nano-Si O2-g-KH570 was prepared by surface-modification of silane coupling agent KH570 with alcohol-water mixture as solvent and characterized by infrared spectroscopy. Results: KH570 has been physically and chemically bonded to the surface of nano-Si O2 particles. Conclusion: Light-curing nano-adhesive is a simple and easy to use, with good bonding strength and water resistance of the material.
