采用棉粕和5,5-二甲基海因环氧化物(DMHP)制备了棉粕蛋白基胶粘剂用于胶合板生产。通过对胶粘剂的固体含量、粘度和耐水胶接强度测试以及红外光谱、热重分析和扫描电镜分析研究了DMHP交联剂对棉粕蛋白胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明:DMHP可以有效提高棉粕蛋白胶粘剂胶接性能,添加质量分数为10%时制备的胶合板胶合强度提高81.36%,达到1.07 MPa,这是由于DMHP与棉粕蛋白分子发生化学交联,形成致密的网状结构。DMHP的添加降低了棉粕蛋白胶粘剂的粘度,使胶易于进入木材孔隙,形成更强的力学结合力。交联改性后,固化胶粘剂表面变得紧密平滑,可有效防止水分的侵入。
Cottonseed meal-based adhesives were prepared using cottonseed meal and 5, 5-dimethylhydantoin epoxide (DMHP) for plywood production. The effect of DMHP cross-linking agent on the properties of cottonseed meal protein adhesive was studied by testing the solid content, viscosity and water-resistance bonding strength of the adhesive and infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that: DMHP can effectively improve the bonding properties of cottonseed meal adhesive. The plywood bonding strength increased by 81.36% and 1.07 MPa when the mass fraction of 10% was added, which was due to the chemical crosslinking of DMHP and cottonseed meal protein molecules Dense mesh structure. The addition of DMHP reduces the viscosity of the cottonseed meal adhesive, allowing the glue to easily enter the pores of the wood to form a stronger mechanical bond. After cross-linked modification, the surface of the cured adhesive becomes tight and smooth, which can effectively prevent the intrusion of moisture.
