A Harmony of Cantonese & French Cuisine
慣熟东方文化精髓是半岛品牌的优势,而忠于当地、呈现当地特色的定位使半岛酒店成为一地的代表性酒店。巴黎半岛酒店作为品牌在欧洲的第一家酒店进驻花都,需要解决如何实现中西合璧的课题。酒店一层的莉莉中餐厅和屋顶的云雀餐厅一中一法,交相辉映,迥异的风格构成了新鲜有趣的对比。
莉莉中餐厅建于1908年开业的老酒店餐厅原址,以中国京剧为主题向法国歌剧对话,正厅内的木质穹顶取材上海堂会设计,雕梁画栋的中国风惊艳巴黎。入口处的京剧脸谱是一幅面积三平米的光纤画作,总共动用33000颗塑封水晶,向亚洲传统文化致敬。莉莉中餐厅供应9种中国茶,主打包括海鲜、点心和地道家常菜的正宗粤菜,立意提升巴黎的中餐水平。特色主厨餐桌供6人就餐,可隔着玻璃墙近距离观赏炒菜师傅的精湛手艺。
再上六层,屋顶的云雀餐厅有着让人迷醉的巴黎景观。美景当前,餐厅以航空为主题,取材1927年一战前的两位飞行高手Charles Nungesser和Fran?ois Coli尝试从巴黎勒布尔热(Le Bourget)机场横越大西洋的壮举(两人飞抵纽约前不幸失踪遇难)。餐厅以75%比例复原两人驾驶的“白鸟号”(L'Oiseau Blanc)双翼飞机,凌空布置在朝向埃菲尔铁塔的方向,餐厅内使用的瓷器餐具也以这次飞行为主题。云雀餐厅供应传统法式菜肴,人们一边品尝正宗的法餐味道,一边俯瞰巴黎美景,一边遥想着在这无限广阔的世界,曾有人冒险挑战未知和极限,正是巴黎独有的浪漫风情。
Familiarity of the oriental culture is the advantage of the Peninsula brand, and the positioning of loyalty to the local and its characteristics has made The Peninsula the representative hotel it is. Therefore, as the first European Peninsula hotel in Paris, it is important to achieve harmony between the Eastern and Western traditions. Such fresh and interesting contrast can be seen on the hotel's two different restaurants: LiLi Chinese restaurant on the ground floor and rooftop L'Oiseau Blanc restaurant.
LiLi Chinese restaurant was built in the same location as the restaurant of the old hotel first opened in 1908.LiLi takes the combination of Chinese and Western opera as its design theme. The wooden dome in the lobby is styled after the Shanghai gathering hall and the richly ornamented Chinese style has certainly stunned the Parisians. The opera face artwork by the entrance is a three-square meters fiber painting made with a total of 33,000 plastic crystals, and it pays homage to the traditional Asian culture. LiLi restaurant supplies 9 types of Chinese teas and serves authentic Cantonese dishes including seafood, dim sum and home dishes, bringing a new level of Chinese gastronomy to Paris. Special chef's table accommodates for 6-people dining, here the guests can enjoy the exquisite craft of the chef close up through a glass wall.
Six floors up, L'Oiseau Blanc restaurant offers spectacular city view of Paris.Aviation heritage is celebrated in the restaurant, which pays tribute to the transatlantic flight attempt in 1927 of the L'Oiseau Blanc bi-plane by Charles Nungesser and Fran?ois Coli (who unfortunately went missing before reaching New York).A unique collection of memorabilia commemorates the flight, including a 75% scale replica of the plane suspended in the adjacent courtyard, facing the Eiffel Tower. The China used in the restaurant is also aviation-themed. The restaurant offers traditional French dishes, but most importantly, it creates a vast imaginational space for the free-roaming romantic spirit unique to Paris
