洋地黄具有表中所示的药理作用,广泛用于充血性心力衰竭和快速室上性心律失常的治疗。作者常用口服地高辛及静脉用西地兰。这些洋地黄制剂常常引起中毒,特别是低血钾及肾功能低下在临床上常常成为洋地黄中毒的诱因。随着临床药理学的发展及洋地黄血中浓度测定的普及,药物相互作用而引起的洋地黄中毒逐渐被认识,以下主要讨论洋地黄与心血管系统药物之间的相互作用。
Digitalis has the pharmacological effects shown in the table and is widely used in the treatment of congestive heart failure and rapid supraventricular arrhythmia. The author commonly used oral digoxin and intravenous cedilanid. These digitalis preparations often cause poisoning, especially hypokalemia and renal dysfunction often clinically become a cause of digitalis intoxication. With the development of clinical pharmacology and the popularity of digitalis blood concentration determination, drug-induced digitalis poisoning is gradually recognized.
