理解人是建构终身教育理论的前提。哲学解释学对人的存在方式——“理解”的探讨促进终身教育理论视域的更新:对人生意义的追寻应成为终身教育的目的;适应多样化学习主体的多元化需要将是终身教育的实施原则;对经验的反思与提高的意愿是终身教育的根本动力;接近生活世界为终身教育的形态定位。
