长期吸入丙烯菊酯蚊香是否有害,这是人们关心的问题。为此我们作了丙烯菊酯蚊香及其有效成分 K—4粉的毒性试验。K—4粉为日本进口,含丙烯菊酯4%。用大鼠作经口急性毒性试验,最大耐受剂量大于4克/公斤。丙烯菊酯蚊香含 K—4粉10%。用大鼠作静式吸入染毒,丙烯菊酯的计算浓度为12mg/m~3,染毒时间为8小时/日,6天/周,共五周。观察指标包括症状、食量、体重、血常规、尿常规、脏器系数及病理组织学检查。试验结果仅见蚊香烟雾对动物呼吸系统有损害作用,表现为气管、支气管粘膜上皮纤毛减少、脱落,肺淤血等,未见明显的丙烯菊酯毒性作用。可初步认为除蚊香烟雾对大鼠呼吸系统有一定影响外,其他方面未见明显异常,丙烯菊酯蚊香的毒性作用不明显。
Long-term inhalation of alfalfa mosquito coils is harmful, which is a matter of concern. To this end, we made alfalfa mosquito coils and its active ingredient K-4 powder toxicity test. It can be preliminarily considered that the mosquito-repellent cigarette smoke has some influence on the respiratory system of rats, and no obvious abnormalities are observed in other aspects. The toxicity of the allergen pyrethrum mosquito-repellent incense is not obvious.
