去炎舒松(Ⅰ)可制成乳剂、软膏剂和混悬液等各种制剂,具有广泛用途,但人们对Ⅰ在水相和水溶性软膏基质(聚乙二醇)中的稳定性了解甚少。一般来说,皮质类甾醇具有两种分解形式。A环上分解产生中性物质;C_(17)侧链上分解则产生酸性物质。本文采用反相高效液相色谱法,分析Ⅰ在各种不同pH值、缓冲容量、离子强度的水-乙醇溶液中和聚乙二醇软膏基质中的稳定性。实验条件:采用WatersALC 202型色
