本文以富硒小麦及富硒面粉为主要材料,通过常规检测方法对其进行基本营养成分分析,为富硒面粉产品的生产加工提供理论与技术依据。研究结果表明:小麦在生长期喷施硒肥,其籽粒中硒含量提高了1.71倍;同时也会提高小麦籽粒及其面粉的营养价值。
In this paper, selenium-enriched wheat and selenium-enriched flour were selected as the main materials, and their basic nutritional components were analyzed by routine testing methods to provide theoretical and technical basis for the production and processing of selenium-enriched flour products. The results showed that when selenium was sprayed on wheat in the growing season, the content of selenium in the grain increased by 1.71 times, and the nutritional value of wheat grain and flour was also improved.
