A patient was removed hundreds of miles to a large hospital to see a doctor, and finally it was his turn to see the doctor. The doctor asked him to take out the previous medical records and checklists and look at him. Except for one, CT report alone, nothing. Those medical records examined at the local hospital were already in the east, where they did not know where they were placed, what tests they had, and what drugs they used. At this moment, they had to describe to the doctors with only a few memories. Eventually, he got a lot of inspection applications, including CT examination, which may be repeated many inspection items. Last resort, in order to cure, had only one team a team to row, and some check the project but also make an appointment, so toss for nearly a week eventually have the result of the diagnosis and treatment. Really expensive and time-consuming, he also suffer. Another patient volunteered to hand over his or her medical history to a doctor while he was on the doctor. The various tests done during different periods of time were neatly affixed to it. Within a few minutes the doctor knew something about his condition. In the end, he got a prescription, concise.
