创新是科技发展和社会进步的动力源泉。现今,越来越多的企业在招聘时将招聘人员的创新能力作为重要的考核指标。高校作为人才培养的摇篮,应该立即着手进行教学改革,将培养学生的创新能力作为教学工作的重点内容,以达到帮助学生就业的根本目标。因此,本文以机械设计课程的教学为例,论述学生创新能力的培养方法,以期提高机械设计教学质量,使学生早日形成创新性的思维和能力。
Innovation is the source of power for the development of science and technology and social progress. Nowadays, more and more enterprises regard recruiting staff’s ability to innovate as an important evaluation index in the recruitment process. As the cradle of personnel training, colleges and universities should start immediately with the teaching reform and regard the cultivation of students’ innovative ability as the key content of teaching work so as to achieve the fundamental goal of helping students to find jobs. Therefore, this paper, taking the teaching of mechanical design course as an example, expounds the cultivation method of students’ innovative ability in order to improve the teaching quality of mechanical design and enable students to form innovative thinking and ability as soon as possible.
