蒸汽机车在修理后试运转过程中,常常遇到导、动、从、煤轴及摇连杆五种轴承发热故障.这五种轴承如果有一种在试运中超过规定温度就须要再试运,这不但增加反修工作量,而且打乱生产进度.为了提高修车质量,组织均衡生产、缩短生产周期以及降低成本,防止“五热”是很重要的.我厂经过两年努力,这个问题基本上得到解决,现将几点做法提出供大家参考.
