由霍乱弧菌感染引起的霍乱是当今3种国际检疫传染病之一。厦门出入境检验检疫局在对进口牛蛙进行霍乱弧菌检测鉴定中,采用了以血清免疫学试验为主,结合生物化学与形态特点以及基因检测综合作出判断的方法。本次实验检出3株符合01群埃尔托型霍乱弧菌生物学特性的菌株,血清分型为稻叶型;噬菌体-生物分型为30K。实验提示,加强和完善对入出境水产品(包括牛蛙)的霍乱弧菌检测,对于严防霍乱病原菌自国门传入或传出具有重要的意义。
Cholera caused by Vibrio cholerae infection is one of the three international quarantine infectious diseases today. Xiamen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau imported bullfrog Vibrio cholerae detection and identification, using a serum-based immunological tests, combined with the biochemical and morphological characteristics and genetic testing methods to make a comprehensive judgment. In this experiment, three strains were found which were in line with the biological characteristics of Group 01 Elder Vibrio cholerae. The serotypes of the strains were rice leaf type. The phage-type was 30K. Experiments suggest that to strengthen and improve the detection of Vibrio cholerae entering and leaving aquatic products (including bullfrogs) is of great significance in preventing the introduction or transmission of cholera pathogens from their country borders.
