对大断面铸坯碳成分偏析形成因素以及生产过程中各个控制环节进行分析,认为控制大断面铸坯碳成分偏析主要应从末端电磁搅拌方面进行研究。经过对天津钢管公司Φ400 mm铸坯末端电磁搅拌参数的优化及对比试验,结果表明,合适的电磁搅拌参数能有效降低Φ400mm铸坯碳成分偏析程度。
The segregation of carbon components of large cross-section billet and the various control processes in the production process are analyzed. It is concluded that the carbon segregation of large cross-section billet should be mainly studied from the aspects of electromagnetic stirring. After optimization and comparison test of electromagnetic stirring parameters of Φ400 mm billet in Tianjin Pipe Company, the results show that the appropriate parameters of electromagnetic stirring can effectively reduce the carbon segregation of Φ400mm slab.
