中国石油天然气股份有限公司华北油田分公司,简称中国石油华北油田。位于河北省任丘市,地处京津腹地,与著名的“华北明珠”白洋淀毗邻,纵贯南北的交通大动脉京九铁路和106国道从油田通过,具有良好的经济地理环境和人文社会条件。公司主要从事石油天然气勘探和生产,石油天然气集输及储运、油气产品销售,石油天然气勘探开发工艺研究及规划研究等石油勘探开发核心业务。注册油气勘探区域主要集中在冀中地区、内蒙古中部地区和冀南—南华北地区等三大探区,东临渤海、西倚太行,南至河南周口,北抵内蒙古二连,共拥有57个油气田,油气集输管线3000多公里,原油年生产能力440多万吨,天然气生产能力6亿多立方米。拥有油气资产原值201.17亿元,净值75.30亿元。
