双核结构理论是一种富有中国本土特色的区域空间结构理论和区域开发理论。双核结构理论的核心命题主要有:双核结构的构成要素与形态、双核结构的分布、双核结构的形成机理、双核结构模式的理论地位。双核结构理论在中国沿海、沿江、沿边地区开发开放战略研究以及区域旅游开发战略研究领域,均具有较高的理论指导价值。
Dual-core structure theory is a kind of regional spatial structure theory and regional development theory rich in Chinese characteristics. The core propositions of dual-core structure theory are: the components and forms of dual-core structure, the distribution of dual-core structure, the formation mechanism of dual-core structure, and the theoretical status of dual-core structure mode. Dual-core structure theory has a high theoretical value in the field of research on the development and opening up of China’s coastal areas, along the Yangtze River and the border regions, as well as the strategic research on regional tourism development.
