随着全球化进程的深入与科学技术的快速发展,国营军工企业面临越来越严峻的竞争环境,这也使得客户关系维护成为企业发展至关重要的因素之一。本文从客户管理关系理论基础出发,分析国运营军工企业客户管理关系的目前发展现状以及在客户关系管理中存在的问题,理论与实际相结合,探讨出国营军工企业客户管理的建议。
With the deepening of globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, the state-owned military enterprises are facing more and more severe competitive environment, which also makes customer relationship maintenance one of the most important factors in the development of the enterprise. Based on the theoretical basis of customer relationship management, this paper analyzes the current development status of customer management relationship and the existing problems in customer relationship management in China. Combining theory with practice, this paper discusses the suggestions of customer management in state-run military enterprises.
