近年多发的性侵未成年人案件中,对未成年被害人关注较少。这不仅不利于保护未成年人,更不利于犯罪预防。从未成年人保护角度看,预防未成年被害人化是至关重要的。因此,要针对被害人的第二次被害、第三次被害分别做出立法完善、司法规范、心理干预以及国家补偿的应对,以保障被害人从被害经历中恢复并重新步入社会。
In recent years, many cases of sexual assault on minors, less attention to the minor victims. This is not only not conducive to the protection of minors, but also not conducive to crime prevention. From the perspective of juvenile protection, it is of crucial importance to prevent the victimization of minors. Therefore, to deal with the second victimization and the third victimization respectively, they should make legislative improvement, judicial standardization, psychological intervention and compensation of the state so as to ensure the victims recover from the victimization and re-enter the society.
