目的:研究计划生育服务用于人工流产患者对其术后恢复以及避孕率的影响。方法:选取我院近年收治的人工流产患者共86例,随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组采用常规术后护理模式,观察组加强术后计划生育服务,对比两组患者术后并发症人数、焦虑以及疼痛分数差异性,统计患者术后避孕方式以及避孕率。结果:并发症方面,对照组中出现4例,观察组无;焦虑及疼痛评分方面,观察组分数明显偏低。避孕方式方面,对照组大多采用安全期避孕以及口服药物方式避孕,观察组大多采用避孕套方式避孕。两组研究对象在并发症、焦虑疼痛评分、避孕率对比上呈显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:计划生育服务能够让人工流产患者提升术后自我护理效果,改善不合理避孕方式,提升术后避孕率,具有临床推广价值。
Objective: To study the impact of family planning services on postoperative recovery and contraceptive rate in induced abortion patients. Methods: A total of 86 cases of induced abortion admitted to our hospital in recent years were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with conventional postoperative nursing. The observation group was to strengthen postoperative family planning service. The difference of postoperative complications, anxiety and pain score between the two groups were compared. The contraceptive methods and the contraceptive rate were calculated. Results: Complications, the control group appeared in 4 cases, the observation group without; anxiety and pain score, the observed fraction was significantly lower. Contraceptive methods, the control group mostly used contraceptives and oral contraceptives contraceptive methods, the observation group mostly using condom contraception. The two groups of subjects in the complication, anxiety pain score, contraceptive rate was significantly different (p <0.05). Conclusion: Family planning service can make patients with induced abortion improve postoperative self-care effect, improve unreasonable methods of contraception, and improve postoperative contraception rate, so it has clinical promotion value.
